Tchinga Enterprises

Tchinga Enterprises uses Serve Hosting for Domain Registration and Hosting packages.  We have used them for many years and are very happy with the good service they provide, as well as their pricing structure.

 

We register all domains through Tchinga Enterprises, but in no way do we hold your domain ransom.  Should you for any reason want to change to another hosting company or web design company, we will release your website within a 52 hour period, as long as we receive an email from you being the client.

  

We do request that domain registration and hosting fees are paid annually.  This is an upfront payment.  Depending on your chosen domain, the pricing structure does change.  We ask you to take a look at Serve Hostings website to see their pricing structure.  For small to medium businesses, Tchinga Enterprises starts you on their basic package and for the year if your domain ends with co.za the annual fee is R404-99.  This basic package allows you as many e-mail addresses needed, you have access to webmail as well and you can set up stats and view them daily, weekly or monthly.  Tchinga Enterprises gives you access to your control panel with Serve Hosting.

  

Please Note:  Should you be happy with a different hosting company, Tchinga Enterprises will work with this company, as long as you can give us the Control Panels username and password, for your domain.  We also will request that this domain does not have a website attached to it.

 

Tchinga Enterprises will not take over a website for updates. Should you come to us for a website, it will be started from scratch. As all web designers use different coding.
