Terms & Conditions for acceptance of a Tchinga Enterprises  website are:

 

• If  a logo needs to be created this will be at a cost of R480-00 and added onto your account.

• We do not take over other websites to update due to different coding structures.  Should you want Tchinga Enterprises to do your website – we will start from scratch.

• We are happy to do a Domain and Hosting transfer should you want this.  However, you will have to make sure all payments are up to date or the transfer will not be allowed to go through.  Also you will have to give us the Control Panels username and password, for your domain.  We also will request that this domain does not have a website attached to it.

• Extra images will be allowed per page depending on size and quality wanted.

• A 50% deposit as well as the annual Domain Registration & Hosting fees and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions before we start your website. 

• We require all your information within 15 working days on acceptance of Tchinga Enterprises doing your website.  This information to be e-mailed to us, unless other arrangements have been made.  Please note all text to be sent in a Word document.  Pictures can be sent to us in the following format - .jpeg, .png and .gif.  We also accept ONLY pictures in a PDF format. 

• Please ensure that there are no copyright infringements on content and pictures that are forwarded to us to use on your website.  You will be held accountable for any infringements. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you confirm that there are no copyright infringements and you indemnify Tchinga Enterprises against any such claims for any copyright infringement.

• Once we have accepted your payment and start to work on your website NO REFUNDS will be made.

• We require from date of receiving all your information 14 working days in which to do your website unless there are a lot of pages with which graphic artwork has to be done.  Should this happen we will communicate with you to make sure your website is not held up due to either party.

• While we work on your website it will be live on the Internet , and we will be asking you to check your website to make sure that it is what you require.

• We would appreciate you, to make changes to your website while we are working on it, so that it is correct and not to ask for changes  4 or 5 days later. In this way your website although still under construction does give the correct information and layout that potential clients might see.

•  Once your website is completed, we give you an additional 5 days in which to make any changes.  After this, updating rates will apply, which are R150-00 per hour.

• On completion of your website, Tchinga Enterprises will allow 7 working days to receive balance of payment for the website.

• If Tchinga Enterprises does not receive payment for the website, we have full right to remove your website from the Internet until payment is made.
