How we
work:
We first do have a consultation with you
and give you a quote for what your website would
approximately come to.Once a deposit has been received we start
to work on your website.If you have an existing website and we
are updating it - we send you visual emails to see the
progress and keep you updated all the time, until we are
ready to launch the updates on your existing websites.If this is a new website we launch your
domain and as we do page by page you will be able to
view your website on the internet.We do ask for all images, logos and
content within 10 days, this can be sent to us via email
or handed to us at a consultation. At this point,
if you need our photographer please advise us, so we can
set up photography sessions.

click here.We require 30 days in which to develop
and launch your website. All the while we do
communicate with you, to make sure we are doing a website that
you like. Should
we not reach 30 days due to the fault of Tchinga
Enterprises cc you will be informed and no extra amounts
will be charged. Once your website is launched you have
10 days to make any changes. Thereafter
updating rates will apply.We will put a
hit counter on your website. However, if you feel
that you do not want one but rather statistic reports,
this can be done as well.On all websites we
apply for free listings with the following search
engines: Google, Yahoo/MSN and Ananzi. We
cannot guarantee that your website will be listed.
Even if your website is listed, we suggest that you
ensure the website gets enough hits using other
advertising material,
such as brochures which clearly show your new website
address.If required we also do
apply for a free fax to email.On completion of your
website, Tchinga Enterprises cc will allow 7 working
days to receive balance of payment for the website.If Tchinga
Enterprises cc does not receive payment for the website,
we will remove your website from the Internet until payment is made.
